Hey Ladies Attention... Creep Alert ... I normally wouldn't post something so negative about someone and I am not sure what I can actually post about this guy. Well here goes.. Please be very careful of a creep with the e-mail address [email protected] He is dangerous and is threatening me. He claims to have me on video and that he will have me arrested for fraud and theft. Not to mention that he appears to be trying to intimidate me into returning to see him. He also said that he has my licence plate number and my address which he susposedly got from the local post office for a dollar. I am not worried about either really, but I did want to let you all know he did verify, but after I arrived at his home near the Grovers and 19th St area in North Phoenix, I realized he was not the type of client I was willing to work with, he just creeped me out. I tried to explain to him, in a very nice way and he appeared to have taken it well. I did remain and talk with him for awhile, he said that we were okay and maybe could just be friends. Due to the fact that I felt very uncomfortable in his presence, I though it would instigate him if I left abruptly... He is a large man with long greasy black hair, glasses and a mustache, very intimidating. He also has several tattos and is a member of the biker lifestyle. Not that I don't love motorcycles myself. I got my first tattoo at the Stugis Rally. He insisted that I take payment for showing up and I refused. I did however take a gift he offered me, as he insisted he had gotten it for me specifically. I didn't take the gift initially, but after several days worth of phone calls to me to come back and get the gift I did return with a girlfriend of mine, because I thought it was the only way to get him to leave me alone. I know this was probably against better judgement and I am partially to blame for furthering the incedent. All in all I did still want the providers in the area to know so they could protect themselves from this beastly man. Call me for further info if you need it K his phone number or further details on the incedent.
lynn, you should go to the local police dept. make a report only. give them all the info. you have in which you wrote about. now the police have it documented if something does happen to you or your property. you now have a file number to alway's refer back to on this case. is it to the point that a order of protection is needed? than you do have to make a police report for the court to hear you motion for the order of protection. if you need anymore help feel free to TER email me!! i do forgive you on the TER email you sent me (remember)!!
Thanks for sharing Lyn, stay safe and try recording your calls from him, that way if it does get out of hand (more than it already is lol) you have some sort of evidence of what is going on. ~Malissa~
I wouldn't worry about the threats of him going to the police. I'm sure if he did, that his confession and his probable probation violation would have him behind bars. Keep a friend handy till you feel this has blown over and keep your distance.
BuckNekked is right, it sounds like he has some 'problems' and chances are pretty good that he's already been in trouble with the law so I doubt that it would be a good idea for him to go to the police about anything.
If he is persisting in this I would file a report. You never know how far someone like this is going to go so it's best to get it documented. Chances are he's just going to be a big pain in the ass for awhile but just be careful and aware, sweetie. He could also be one of those 'on the edge' and ready to 'go off'.
Everyone who gave me advice is thanked. I am truley well informed, I have been around here seven years, though I used to work by word of mouth and direct referals only. The industry has changed a lot over the past 4 years especially. I keep up to date on current laws via the web and a FAV client who is a criminal lawyer... Thanks though... I always could use new info I might have missed... any advice. PS give me some credit I am a smart cookie. I was an architectural engineering major for almost three yesrs and before that I was a psychology major for a year.
