It's where I grew up and where I am right now visiting my son. I remember when this first started occuring here two years ago, right before I moved to Phoenix. I had dated a SPotsy county cop for a while the year before getting into the biz and we were discussing this very thing and I stated that I thought the police department breaking the law to make the arrest was the most asinine thing I'd ever heard of and he said it was perfectly legal because it was the only way to bust the parlors. I can't wait to see this blow up in the face of the local DA. He's a complete cocksucker.
