I can't be a provider forever, so I have to plan the next phase of my life. My career has been sluggish because I don't have the necessary portfolio or experience to advance with some of the bigger agencies. I will be back, though. Regularly in fact because my best friend and my surrogate family are here, so no worries!

PS I'd prefer light kisses to spanks. ::wink::

Hello Phoenix!
I am seriously thinking about leaving Atlanta this Summer with a research tour of North Phoenix/Tempe/Scotsdale in the spring 3/28-4/8.  What are the best areas to consider?  Areas of interest: Nice neighborhood/good elementary school, upscale yet affordable, accesible to major freeways. Love to hear from the local ladies and men on this one. Don't have TER membership so back channel via my email.

Thanks in advance

Either in April or in July. Not sure which. But I tell you what, you'll LOVE Phoenix! You can't really go wrong anywhere in Scottsdale, North Scottsdale especially if you can afford it. I'd stay out of the city of Phoenix with kids unless you wan to do private school. But no matter what you decide, this place is the best place in the country IMO.

Why the hell are you leaving us?Dont make me come spank you.

Can I get spanked too, my dear?  :)

Meg,

I tell you what, let's trade living spaces and we will both save a headache!  Seriously, let me know if I can be of help in the local RE search.  FYI, Atlanta isn't the market it used to be, which is why I'm relocating west to find a new one. Many lost jobs here , lots of nasty bickering on the boards, over saturation of the market, etc. Many of the quality providers based out of Atlanta have moved away or take to the road 3 weeks out of 4 to maintain income. Don't think I can afford Scottsdale unless there is enough people who will drive up there for services but something North of PHX with a English as first language school district. I am shooting for a visit/tour late March or early April to have a looksie. Let me know when you plan your next visit in ATL. Love to help.

Thanks,
Dani
