Unfortunately, TER Admin’s new position is requiring The Ladies to prove a Negative. In other words they (Admin) are asking The Ladies to prove they did NOT see The Reviewer. Impossible and NOT fair to The Ladies!
This needs to be fixed and I for one will NOT Renew my VIP Membership as TER Admin is unrealistic in their approach to this and other areas.
Thank you for saying this. As I was reading through this thread I was thinking to myself, there must be some way to verify the legitimacy of a review. I mean, I completely understand that it already takes several days and intense scrutiny to get a review posted on TER but, at the end of the day, the process still isn't infallible.
I would really love the ability to approve reviews posted of me, quite honestly. There have been times when gents have written about things that simply didn't take place because I would never allow it (i.e. jizzing all over my a**hole -- [it's somewhere on the second page of my reviews]) 
...but it probably happened in their imagination in the midst of our encounter so I certainly don't fault the author in those instances. Still, I feel strongly that each and every one of my ideal and favorite gents would agree that they would only want to write about what I feel comfortable with. And I would easily be able to tell if a review was bogus, but it helps that I am so low-volume, so it is easy for me to remember them all.
The obvious problem with this method is that it undermines the purpose of the review system, which is to report honestly about your encounter. If they had to run every review by the lady then most ladies would only approve reviews that gave them good ratings and were flattering. And then all the reviews would lose their legitimacy. But, the way it's done now places a lot of trust in the reviewers, thus the problem we are facing now. I wonder if there is a middle ground, because this current system is making this a more dangerous place to play.
I personally haven't had any fake reviews posted of me. I obsessively read them as they get posted (some of my regulars always let me know when they show up -- thanks guys!) and I always trace them back to a specific encounter, it's not hard to do. I never did this specifically to identify fake reviews, but only because I felt the compulsion to do so, lol! Plus I enjoy reading them and reliving the encounter through your eyes, it's really erotic.

I see, that makes sense. Well, if everyone had to pay and there was no free VIP I wonder how that would change things. My biggest concern is not guys faking reviews to get a free membership, but the ones doing it with malicious intent, such as predators and LE.
Still, I don't rely on reviews alone to verify someone for this and other reasons. I always contact the ladies directly, as it should be done in order to really use the system.

Being that this is first and formost a review site, free VIP days are seen as encouragement to write reviews. Without the free VIP days many guys wouldn't write reviews, greatly reduce the usefullness of TER. A constant flow of new reviews is the main thing that keeps the paying members paying to fund the site. So as long as there is free VIP for writing reviews there will be a certain number of fake reviews, but without free VIP the site wont work nearly as well. Your concerns are very valid but unfortunatly it's the nature of the beast.

Investigations into can go for years and years, and if cases cannot be brought LE will work with lawmakers to write new laws to be able to use information that was previously not prosecutable, now valuable as the basis of prosecution. There are major societal forces pushing against this lifestyle all over the world. Things are not progressing and become more free, they are becoming more oppressive. This used to be somewhat underground. Get out there and use google and you will see what is going on.
This lifestyle isn't legal, this isn't YELP and you can't get a GROUPON. Sites are being monitored and infiltrated. Have you every considered that fake reviews are part of investigations where undercover credibility is being built?
All that aside, everyone knows that reviews are of limited value anyway. There are problem with consumer reviews as a phenomenon in general, being reliable. You simply can't trust what people write online. People are fucked up and say things that are untrue, filtered or exaggerated for all sorts of reasons.
And nothing turns men into whiny, lying, vindictive little bitches faster than not getting their way sexually. Hey it's true and it needed to be said. So I said it.

Oct. 25, 2013 — Many companies are increasingly confused and upset about how to deal with negative online consumer reviews, says Zoey Chen of Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. One way to overcome consumers' over-reliance on negative word of mouth would be to encourage satisfied customers to include language indicating that they wrote their reviews soon after product/service consumption, according to Chen's research.
In her study, recently published in the Journal of Marketing Research, she found that temporal cues as "this morning" or "I just got back from the best lunch" can boost the value of positive critiques.
"Prior research shows that positive online reviews are less valued than negative reviews," explains Chen, a fifth-year doctoral student in marketing at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, who-authored the study with Nicholas Lurie, an associate professor of marketing at the University of Connecticut.
Chen notes that positive reviews could be considered less informative than negative ones because the writers might be perceived as bragging about the good decisions they make in their lives.
"Their motivation for writing might be self-enhancement, signaling their expertise," she says. "But negative reviews are generally seen as reflecting more about the product or service than the lifestyle choices of the writer. Therefore, they tend to be seen as more credible.
"If people learn that you just went to an establishment and had a positive experience, they might think it's more about the experience than the individual," Chen says.
Chen and Lurie, who examined more than 65,000 restaurant reviews on Yelp and conducted lab reviews, conversely found that temporal cues don't have a significant effect on how a negative review is perceived

Very well said and a bunch of boards have been taken over by the FBI and owners and control people face decades in prison. BP and CL legal argument is only because they have no control what is posted. Once you get involved in what is posted it crosses the line to a criminal enterprise if for what is illegal.
The "lifestyle" being attacked in my view is mostly because of the lies about it being all about under age and trafficking and the huge money making machine of the "rescue" industry. I bet overall if the question was do we want to spend money going after in private consenting adult prostitution the answer would be no. Make it illegal to have non-protected prostitution and I believe a referendum like SWOP tried in Berkeley would censused. SWOP failed miserably only in my view because they were trying to stop enforcement of street hookers - almost zero public support for that but would be if limited to in private consensual, condom required prostitution.
You really have to consider that ALL reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.
You have to research and assess, maybe from more than one site, and then make your decision based on your comfort level.
Now, specifically regarding the hobby - you REALLY have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. You have to consider most of them to be exaggerated and delusional - I really doubt the average session here results in the lady "really loving it" and having 5 orgasms or that every dude here is hung like a horse, as they usually claim... usually if you have to announce what a stud you are - you probably aren't.
So you look for a pattern, here and other places, check out provider websites and ads if available, and then the best you can hope for is to determine that the lady is 'legit'. Maybe you can get a feel for what the session might include - but that is it. There are no guarantees.
I think is good to point out fakes when possible - but even that should be taken with a grain of salt.
Generally, I think taking these sites too seriously and whining about anything related to the hobby is a little silly.

I agree with most of your post except for the last part. I wasn't whining at all. Not my style. I was warning not whining. Big difference. I won't reiterate my concerns as to why I started this thread. But my concerns are valid, serious & shouldn't be taken with a grain of salt. I posted because I'm sick of fake reviews. We hear about them a lot & everyone should be aware of the phonies.
Stacie - I did not mean you... just in general, like I said - it is good to point out when possible - I think it does actually mean more coming from the ladies.
