Moreover the violent judge in the above video had a flawed ruling.  He could not sentence a defendant to jail for contempt who was not represented (6th Amendment requires appointed counsel for contempt).  Also in order to sentence someone to longer than 6 months it has to be a jury trial or waived jury trial.  In Arizona a contempt finding is jury eligible by statute even for sentences less than six months.  A prostitution case is jury eligible due to moral turpitude but a manifestation of prostitution is not  moral turpitude.
