Asked her where on BH she was and she said she was on "CAMELBACK next to the freeway" WTF, I can see how they can easily be confused since they are only 1/2 mile apart!!    I asked for address and told her it would be on some literature on in the room, she said "it just says Tempe, so it must be old"  (again WTF..Tempe) I asked what the name of hotel was and she hangs up!!!!  I called back a few times and no answer.
