But my thoughts are it's in anyone's best interest to give unverifiable strangers direct information that might be misconstrued used against one by the local sneaky officials who are hell bent on trying to arrest people for things they did not do.

Did you know that the local authorities shut down and arrest an alternative (real) religion, after sendin in undercover officers to try to gain reason?

Those officials place the bail of the church's leader at $1 million dollars, while a robbery-murder around the same time got bail at under $400,000?

Any cop can get a free membership and come onto this board. They can read, they can chat, they an ask questions. They are also highly trained in the art of manipulation and lies.

I was discussing this with a friend the other day. He's a gifted psychologist who had shared an article from a professional journal with me.
The technique used by law enforcement are variations of cooersion, propoganda, and persuation techniques. Many were the stock and trade of Hitler's (yes I used the "H" word)Reich Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels. Some of the techniques were used by Charlie Manson.

One place to always start when manipulating people and to convince them of a lie is with statements of comradery.It relaxes one's guard and open the mind to suggestion.

Were not talking mind control, just tricking regular people into trusting then believeing, then talking.

Those are my thoughts.
