Was checking the news and noted an article about some poor guy popped (no pun intended) for allegedly fingering a girl in his car!  Note that the day prior he had a meeting with the "victim" and she took her top off in his car and then met him a second day later where the alleged fingering occurred but then according to her mom she was a virgin and did not really want to get fingered so her mom reported it to LE.

The legal rule on sexual assault is that a fingering is akin to a full on rape if the finger crosses the border of the vaginal opening.  Thus, there is no benefit to fingering and it is replete with legal liability.  Therefore I am recommended to all to never finger.  Fingering has been off my menu of course for many years since I clearly see no benefit to it.  Steps to a good date are first holding hands and hug.  Then have the girl perform a bbbj but do not hold her head in any way to prove the bbbj is consensual and non-forced.  There is no room for fingering in normal hanging out or dating relationships these days due to the way the Arizona legislature has made fingering akin to rape.
