Just curious.  The young girls usually don't get very good reviews and the older ones do.  Does time in the industry change them or were the great ones great when they first started?  You girls who are great GFE's know it, how did it come to be?

i tend to think the ones that are successful, are the ones who are into it and listen to constructive critisism..the ones who truly want to get better at thier craft will..i was recently with a very young lady( i usually don't)and she was into the session enough to ask questions about different menu items and how to improve..as usual i took the high road and helped.( not that i consider myself the greatest thing in bed,but i know what pleases me).hopefully in time she will form a consenses and be a star..i think its really up to us guys to help guide them if they want it..time is on there side..i know we are not here to teach ,nor do we pay for it,but who benefits? she paid me the ultimate compliment when she left saying "this was the best session i have ever had"..that was an awesome ego boost, and hopefully she will remember some of the things discussed..

It is not so much a function of age but rather  attitude and experience.   The ladies that have been in the biz longer have more experience and the fact they  persisted speaks to their good attitude.   There are newer ladies that enter this arena with great attitude and skill and start right off as  GFE,  others  it takes time for them to find their way.  The learning curves are different for each, some never make the step up but quite a few  do.   Thank goodness!     So the answer is a not so useful  "sometimes"!    Still no matter the experience the intangibles   make the connections needed to produce the GFE.

I think that it's inherent in some of us. I've also been fortunate enough to have some very good teachers in my younger years before I ever entered the business.  It was always nice to have a partner who knew what he liked and would tell me how to do it

I am thankful that I know now what I know and not back in my younger days.  WOW if I had....it would have been crazy.  

Older women appreciate men so much more than younger gals.  We know how to treat you like a man.  It is not something I believe can be taught but it actually learned over time.  So it is my belief that it is a trade off for not having those "perky" bodies we get knowledge and understand.  In fact, for me I began to squirt when I became 40, something that didn't happen in my younger days.  Wow my "O's" are so much better now too.

So I gues what I am saying is ....just like a fine wine we women get better with age.

PS I am very thankful though for a coach I "played" with in college who instructed me on the finer points of oral skills.  Thanks Coach!! It is probably his coaching during our sessions that have given me the skills I have today.

Reo the young girls change into great GFE's

I think a " GFE " is a lady who enjoys the experience, who gives up the passion, who wants more than just sex. am not sure if that changes with age, I think it is an attitude of someone who truly enjoys giving of themselves and receiving from their partner.

I think this is one area that men as well as women are similar. Some find that if they please their partner with the amount of attention they desire that they will benefit later. ;0) Sometimes this is learned at a young and other times an older age.

As for me, I live by the golden rule!

Yes, many young providers grow into incredible pleasure providers.  It comes down to experience and pleasing vs. a hard body.  While many pretty young things learn and grow into incredible mature providers we are fortunate to have plenty available to us in both categories.  My choice is always to be spoiled beyond belief, just as ladies like these two do everytime.
