If you do a review search, with city set to "Phoenix", and height set to "Shorter than 4'9"" to "5'3" - 5'5"", you will get about 180 hits. Adjust search parameters to taste.

The shortest girl I've ever seen was 4'11", but I don't think that she is providing anymore.

There are a lot of girls who advertize on BP that are under 5-4 who also have reviews on TER. Take a look at a girl named Bambi; she is 5'-0" and has lots of good reviews.

There is a young woman who has been advertising on BP off and on the last couple of weeks who is 4'7". She only has her ad up when she's available I think. I saw her a coupe of times a little over a year ago. I was really pleased with my visits to her.

Look up Dusty Starling.   She is really small but has normal proportioins.  Just don't ask her to pretend to be overly young, she doens't like that.  If that is a fantasy, keep it private.
