Sorry for this question I am sure has been asked before, but I am new to this and will be in the Phoenix area soon for a few days. I would like to treat myself to a one hour date but I am nervous about LE. Any opinions on whether I am better off with an agency or independent? And what about incall at her place vs outcall in my hotel? I know nothing is guaranteed safe but what is generally considered the safest? Thanks.
