Anyone been to this place? Is it good/bad?

It's great, I've been there a few times.  Dani from there has reviews.

Twice I've had trouble setting a date. A couple weeks ago I emailed a few days in advance saying I'd call Tues morning to set a date (got myself cleared beforehand), left a msg Tues morning, and never heard back. I'm not trying to bad-mouth them b/c I'd really like to see a couple of the beautiful gals on staff. Anyone else have trouble too, or is it just me?
