Yes, they did.  You used to get four categories to choose from when you clicked on 'Providers.'  Now you only get three.

Not only that, several indy providers (no names!) who used to show their faces on phoenix411 have now either had their faces blurred in the pics or outright pulled their profiles from the site.

All of Phoenix is feeling the heat.
