Let me start by saying I've used DD in the past with great results but on my last trip I count be more disappointed. 3 appts only 1 showed up. Appt 1 sun 12 am no one shows up 2:30 I call DD to see what happened, sorry we lost your phone number. So I call back mon to reschedule, sorry she doesn't work tonight but she dose work tue. So I see some one else appt 2 every thing go fine. I call back DD to reschedule appt 1 for tue. Appt 3  tue I call DD to give my new room number, sorry but you don't have an appt with her. WTF I reschedule last night. Sorry I guess the night phone opp didn't Wright it down, would you like to see her wed. NO I'm going home. I hope DD fixes this before my next trip. 1 out 3 that not good.

Whenever I've had any issues in the past with DD's they have ALWAYS been taken care of to my satisfaction. DPH333, make that call that's requested in the previous reply and I'm sure this will be taken care of.

Your prior history with DD shows they are committed to service.  Unfortunately this happens not only with DD but with other agencies and at times the indies. You hit a real string of bad luck. This sort of thing is actually fairly rare. Paul has  built DD with commitment to service so give him a ring. Let him work to get the problem fixed.  Makes it better for all of us

Since you have an ongoing relationship with DD I'm a bit suprised you'd air this out here. If in fact you had one or more bad experiences that would be a bigger issue then a scheduling problem. why waite till 2:30 for a noon appointment?

I'd have called at 12:15 in case she's lost, stuck in lobby, wrong room#...same basic thing on appointment #3. If I book in advance I always call 9-9:30 that morning to check in if possible.

Not defending DD but the reality is that logistics are always an issue and it helps if you ride herd a bit as well. I'm sure that Paul will take care of you but I'd have just called him directly...

if this report were about an independent provider?  Many reputable indies have been reported on this forum, for similar problems, and the consensus is usually, "State the truth" and let future readers evaluate for themselves whether or not it's an aberration.  Obviously any provider or agency has the ability to respond in this forum, as well.  I don't see the reason for the criticism.

and I've been thru it before with indies (including an ATF). Again we're dealing with a logistics problem not a "performance issue". I'm not trying to diminish or downgrade the problem...I've been there to.

An indie is a slightly different story since an agency is just the "employer" and they'll have gals of varying reliability. Even so it happens, my fall backplan with an old ATF usually involved lunch with a good friend (and well known TER local) when she "blew me off". One time I was so worried about her after lunch I drove over to her apartment (not her incall) and banged on the door to make sure she was OK.

In the end the reality is that providers are people too and usually (not always) logistics problems reflect outside issues. Now if a gal or agency has a history of this then by all means its fair game and relevent. However, this was simply a series of miscommunications etc...
