The government is taking over more and more aspects of daily life.  

Government prevents citizens from defending themselves.  It prevents economic activities.  It prevents dating.

Therefore, I call on the government to provide free socialized poon for all citizens.  A plan as follows:

1.  Local Department of Dating enacted in each state with regional county offices.
2.  Those without a girlfriend can register for benefits for travel to countries such as Canada.
3.  The government will pay benefits to allow female immigrants ideally from Eastern Europe and exclude male immigrants.
4.  The government will enact a eugenics program to encourage local female immigration and selective abortions in order to increase the female to male ratio in births to prevent this problem in the future.
