I use to be offended when someone would say "you're so sexy"...I'd instantly think to myself they on wanted me for sex  and they had no intention on wanting to know the complete me ( my inner self etc). Now when I hear the phrase, I ask them their definition of SEXY...it's always a different definition each time.

Interesting question and I find it hard to define really. I can't consider myself to be attracted to a particular part of a women's anatomy as it differs with the woman. On some it is a beautiful smile or really cute face and on others it is a great ass or long shapely legs. The best attraction comes from interesting conversation and mutual interest. Then I can pick an asset that really gets my pulse rate up. Kind of an adult version of Mr. Potato Head.

My definition of sexy is, those qualities that attract me and stimulate my having a sexual interest in her. It may be her looks, figure, or personality, but definitely her attitude. Some things you see, and some things you sense. A combination of these is what makes her sexy.

Agreed! If I find you "sexy" of course that means I'm interested in you sexually, but it doesn't mean that's all I'm interested in.

Sexy is a style and characteristics. And that style is attractive to someone or not and can change depending on moods and experiences. Even Websters definition is subjective. What I find erotic someone else might find mundane. What I find attractive someone else might not like.

He or she is avg or unattractive even by general consensus can still be sexy. There is just SOMETHING about him or her that gives you a really pleasant feeling in your naughty bits lol

Sexy to me is a look, attitude or personality that makes a woman stand out to me.  Appearance can easily be defined as being sexy because of a certain look but when you add in their personality it pushes sexiness over the edge, for me.  Confidence is also a trait that I think helps define sexy.

First, I would have to be attracted to a woman and then there are so many intangibles that can make me find a woman to be sexy (besides an overtly display of her cleavage, of course).

I get told I'm sexy all the time at baseball games and when I climax. Why??? I have no damn clue, in both scenario's I'm making a weird face, I'm rambling, sometimes cussing, eyes rolling, I don't see what men find sexy about that.  

I think it goes back to the old Venus vs. Mars thing.  Haven't had the chance to meet you, but your self-description sounds plenty sexy to me.

It ceases never to amaze me the many and varied aspects of a woman I find "sexy" ... inclusive of any and every attribute:  from a beautiful physique to a lilting laugh, from a well-vocalized song (yes, even Karaoke) to fit and well muscled tone, or from soft curvature to engagingly articulate conversation, from an elegant sip of wine to shooting tequila, and yes, of course, from a seductively cut/slit cocktail dress to brazen nudity ... the list is simply endless.  What excites a sense of sexy may well induce a desire to possess/conquer/seduce, although it need not; it is oft times simply an admiration, perhaps a wistful admiration, but an admiration nevertheless. But I would certainly never construe calling a woman "sexy" as a derogatory reduction of a woman to her sex.  A woman's "sex" is so much more than the physical act itself, which can be rather unfulfilling if not, at its worst, violent and rapacious.

In my humble opinion "sexy" is different in everyone's eyes, just as what is attractive. For me sexy is many different things; could be something simple as an outfit a lady is wearing, a simple glance, a smile, a posture, personality, conversation, that first glance you get that engages with a smile that says "hello" without saying the word. When you find that person that you find attractive, then have a conversation that moves along as smoothly as if you known each other for years, that is sexy in my opinion. My final statement would be that "sexy" comes from the persons eyes...just as the eyes are known as the windows to the soul, I feel the eyes are a the way to be sexy without trying to be "sexy!"

It is a reaction, a feeling WOW!!  Now that's what I'd call a GREAT looking woman!!
