Government federal agent in Colorado takes his gun into a bar and dances, then drops his gun and picks it up while in the process shoots a citizen!  If the citizen died it would have been negligent homicide so at least this would constitute aggravated assault.

How can the government have it both ways?  The government forces citizens to go to bars to pick up girls, (unfortunately the women in bars are usually over 21) while at the same time prevents citizens from hobbying which arguably is less dangerous than getting shot by an agent while in a bar engaging in government sanctioned pick ups.  

Unbelievable, the government is terrible.
