I am not much of a drinker but  a client showed up with this amazing  wine called  "Red Velvet" by a vineyard in CA  called Cupcakes  it was a  blend of 4 different wines  and I would  say  it was so smooth and very creamy not sure of the price point but would guess under $25 anyway it got me to  wonder if others had a favorite wine  they enjoyed turning  friends on to I was hoping some of you might be willing to share a good wine  and what makes it special and of course the price point {always looking for a deal  out there these days} Red or white  what works  for you ?Thanks in advance

because guys always ask  what kind of wine would  you like me to bring ?  maybe everyone here is more into cocktails  if so should a provider provide  a selection of your favorite beverage? 9  out of 10  only ask for water  I use to keep wine and beer and sodas  but  rarely did they drink more than a glass of  wine....

Hi Victoria -

Admirer from afar here. I saw your post about wine. If you like wine and a good deal (who wouldn't!) you should sign up at www.wtso.com. Great deals on all kinds of stuff. Red, white, CA, South American, French, Australian, etc. And, shipped free with no sales tax.

I have bought quite a few red blends from the site just to try them out. What Cupcake is doing is all the rage these days. Winemakers are getting really creative combining grapes and coming up with really interesting stuff. I think it is cool to get out of the Cab/Zin/etc ruts that are so easy to get into.

I think one of the posters said try Cupcake Chardonnay. Be careful, I bet he/she meant Cakebread Chardonnay, which is great.

I really enjoy your posts on TER but I don't think I have the right kind of membership to post, not sure I really want to anyway.......

Keep up the good work!

I get a lot of reponse from guys that cannot post or want remain private this  friend said I could copy it  for everyone thanks Jack!
