easiest thing is to highlight the number, right click on it and hit "search Google for xxxx".  This is especially important anytime you use BP to prospect, as well as searching the images on Google Images and Tineye.
It looks like she's got a fresh ad out of San Jose, and recent ones from El Paso and Boise.  

I'm not sure what the second number might be.  

Personally, I'd be a bit cautious given the lack of reviews, as well as the recent ad locations.  YMMV.  Be safe out there!
