I am traveling to Scottsdale next weekend for a business conference.  I am a newbie, and I rarely travel so I don't want to miss this opportunity.  I have a P411 account and I have reached out to two "newbie friendly" providers to see if I could set up an appointment.  I was extremely polite in my requests, but I did not hear back from either of them.  Any advice how to proceed?  Thanks!
