I’m in Phoenix tomorrow till Sunday, and I’m wondering what things are like now with covid & masks; are things open fully or no?

You're timing is impeccable as it'll be a pretty hot weekend. Some places may still have capacity limitations and mask mandates, but really no enforcement. The Phoenix metro area feels like it's getting back to normal and fully open. I hope you enjoy your stay!
