I usually don't like clouds as they get in the way of my view of the stars, but today was pretty cool!  I was at Canyon Lake, eating dinner, when a thunderstorm rolled through.  The vision of sheets of rain lit by the sun was incredible, as was the sight of swollen clouds above the cliffs!

I'll never be a big fan of clouds, but if every once in a while they put on a show like today, I'll be happy!

Sometimes it takes the clouds to obscure the things we focus on the most, so that we can open up our eyes and experience all the beauty that surrounds us. With out the clouds you wouldn't of seen the rain in such a beautiful way.

I go to Canyon lake often to sit and watch the boats. Cloudy days are great for that there! I hope you enjoyed it for all of us
