I went to The Candy Store on Cave Creek on New Year's Eve and they were closed, which I thought was odd, on that night of all nights.  I've called them a couple of times since, and I've gotten either a fax or a voice mail.

Did they close?  I really liked them quite a bit.  Relaxed atmosphere, nice looking girls, inexpensive dances.

If they are gone, can anyone recommend another, similar place not too far from Anthem?  I hate long drives for that sort of thing.

It's on Peoria Ave., between 19th Ave. and I 17.  Great place.  Lots of hotties, beer is $4.25.  Dances are $10.
