After being MIA on TER  the last 5 yrs....I was surprised to see so many  are  gone both providers and Hobbiest .   I saw on the homepage the poll on  who posts  45% said never and 29% read but do not post.  this was out of 14,000 that took the time to take the poll. I noticed a decline on  other boards  like LA  were very quiet  and they use to have an active board as well as PHX.  My question is  what would help to get  things moving ?

Your presents here should help this board stay active.

I read some of the other cities boards, and there is a decline.  In some cases, it's the economy.  In others, like this one, it's 'outside factors'. I'm hoping thbat your return will spark an increase in posts.

My gosh FF  you come up with some pics of me I have not seen in over 5yrs LOL  memories of the good ol days of the biz!  Hi T  bet you thought I was gone for good  almost was but  I always enjoyed the board banter .....The truth is this  times are tough  right now all over.... but posting is free entertainment  and helps  in getting to know potential clients or  personalitys of certain providers I know there are certain women that write very smart and savy posts and the guys seem to respond well to  them and vice versa.....so  maybe  by the fall we can as a group start posting more than just ads

...of native Arizona salamanders and spiders on their thong covered derrierres, it would work wonders  to enliven this board! Just a thought....

Oh my gosh if a spider on  my behind can get things moving here you got it! Again  a 2009 shot  just done for fun ,,,,,,,,I think  you might be on to something here as I know I would love to see the ladies get creative and have fun posting pics  that might make us smile or say ahhhhhh!!!!!!!

Overall, the tone of TER has improved significantly since the ownership change.
One thing that might help this Phoenix board is to unmoderate ALL of the ladies right away. Women seldom cause posting problems and, if they do, then moderate them.

I swear I ask myself that same question every time I get on TER now our boards are boring.  I try to be an active part of the community & always participate, attend M&G's & I have TaTa & Tushie Thursday on my home base board San Diego for girls to post pics very few support our board they just use TER to post ads.  I also, have been throwing private provider only parties, lunch in's, happy hours, M&G's for the past 3 years to empower, and promote safety among our community.  I am always open for suggestions.

WOW sounds like you are someone this hobby  really needs  kudos to you for all your efforts...I will jump on over as SD  is on  of my favorite places to visit but I must say even back in the day when things were good on the local boards  I too found SD to be a tough  nut to crack as far as getting posters involved ....keep up the good work  and  I for one am  happy you  visit here !

I do enjoy the discussion section so lets do more.  I am not in PHX full time but average about 2 weeks a month.  I would like to do a M & G sometime.  How do I find out about them.

drumstick thank you ! Great  idea it can be frustrating  to try and relpy and having to wait ......I know it will take some time to get folks  back  but every little  step in the right direction  like yours, will help.

My only other thought is that there had been in the past (and may still be on other boards here) a spirit of insulting and rabble rousing by a select few.

TER posted rules say no flame. The guidelines in general seem to encourage all to "play nice." Sometimes that doesn't happen. At that point only Moderators can apply those guidelines to help keep a board civilized and respectful.

That's really all I'd like to say on that.
