Not for me but a female friend who had a major Panic attack. It took awhile to get her relaxed, and talk her down. Her hubby was not a real understanding guy, and wanted nothing to do with the whole situation. Xanax is great stuff, but until it kicks in. Plan on doing a lot of hand holding. Thus my Vegas trip was flushed. Oh well Vegas will always be there.

A poll. I'm not a foot fetish guy, but has anyone tried giving a female friend a soothing foot massage. To my surprise the recipient was primed for some major action. Once she got past the tickle sensation she was on her way. Talk about opening the flood gates. Maybe she was a enigma. I'm going to try it again. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.

Panic attacks are a bitch.

Recipient feels as if they are going to die.
And there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. The body's chemicals kick in, and its a bad spiral.
Just went through this with my SO.

She's much better now, but I can't imagine anyone without support going through it.

I have been told I give very good ones (at least I hope they weren't BSing). It relaxes the lady for upcoming events. Plus It helps that I have a lil foot fetish. Hehehe.
