my best ever birthday will be the next one....

it means i'll still be here...

I would say it was my 8th birthday when I had my party at a local park. I have pictures of me wearing a baby blue T-Shirt w/ John Travolta on it that says "Up your nose with a rubber hose".
Not to mention that my dad gave me my very first skateboard.....who knew I'd still be skating 30 years later. You get a gift that is still part of your life that long, how could it not be the best???

When my son was 2 years and a week old, and said "happy Burpday Dad". Everyone got a laugh and that was the saying of the evening! on the flipside though,  I can tell you my worst birthday was when noone recognised it was. I mean noone mom, dad, sisters, wife, kids. Since noone recognised it.. does that mean I get to subtract one year

24. Was in the Army, stationed in Germany.  Had just gotten promoted.  Was good times.
53.  Was going on a great trip, to London, UK.

My best....

My best birthday was my 21st (many years ago, lol). My Grandma took me to Vegas on my actual birthday. It was a graet time.

My best birthday gift was last year, turning 50. The whole year was special.

All my birthday's are good, because I survived another year on the planet, lol. But I think the one I remember, mostly is my 21st. I was in the army and I was temporarily in Berlin while the wall was still up. I had only been in country a couple of weeks. Once people found out it was my 21st things just kind of took off. Still having a headache from that one, lol.
