I used to know someone who answered the phones for Erotica magazine and owned an escort agency.  Many of the ads are generic ads to pull people into some of the lower end agencies.  Nothing of quality will usually ever ben found in those ads.
The magazine is great for finding a good club to check out, and sometimes the layouts are great eye candy, but I would steer clear of many of the agencies ads that look "to good to be true".
HINT: Just be careful if they mention $150 plus tips!!

Good luck!

Exodus,
I know a few girls who advertised in that publication and they didn't run their photos. They told them that they run the ads with stock photos so that the girls get more calls. I dunno, but it seems like a not so honest thing to do in my opinion. Be careful.

Funny thing is that once they had the same girl posing as three different girl and I recognized her as being one of the models from a Web site, and who was very popular on Usenet. I once called and same girl answered the different numbers, each time with different first name. Run.
