I came across some reviews of a ballet dancer who seemed to have some amazing flexibility.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate her.  I believe she was on BP.  Anyone come across this woman?

That would likely be Lexi (TER ID 146963).  She's based out of Portland, I think.  But she visits Phoenix every couple of months for a week or 2.  I would see her if you get the chance.  She's sweet and provides a unique experience, due to her flexibility.
