I agree, I've tried on occasion on a Saturday afternoon and it's not that easy to find a provider.

I agree . I generally have no problems on Saturday but I do try to make the appointment a couple days in advance if possible.

Plan in advance, lots of ladies are begging for business during the weekend, so find a plan B. IMHO

Planning in advance is always good, but sometimes it is not possible.  A lot of competing life priorities for both parties.

I had an itch that day, I can't plan that nor do I want too.
  Most of the time I don't like planning to far in advance takes the fun out of it for me.  
When it does backfire, I have no one to blame except myself.
     If what you say is true that "ladies are begging for business" I wish they would participate a little more on the boards, its hard to find them when they are so quiet.
