PM them from an AZMystique posting right here on TER. Jack is pretty good about answering TER PM's very promptly. He'll let you know what's going on.

If you were clicking on the Join our mailing list envelope we have found the problem and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

It is just a email addy that was not complete.  If you were clicking on the email address at the top of our website we have checked that and it seems to be working fine.
