Off topic I apologize, but I need advice from Phoenicians who understand heat problems and or plumbing, I'm ready to pull my hair out. This problem is interfering  with my penis play time and every other important aspect of my life.  

Just so I don't keep getting repeat answers. It's a brand new industrial grade high pressure flash evaporation system that puts out a "fog" so there's no wetness or moisture on anything.  There's  micron commercial filters in the pump itself, the nozzles should not be clogging.

I was just looking into adding a mister system to my back yard.

Not the problem, extra water that is not used does not sit in the valves it gets re-directed back into the inlet.  

Thank you to those ac/plumber hobbyists with the pm advice, I was told this morning the system was installed incorrectly from a AC tech.

The solution (no pun intended) may be to supply R/O water. That water has no mineral content, which would eliminate the problem.  It would be rather expensive to install, however.  I want you to have plenty of time for penis play.  I would like it to be MINE.
