New opinion from the Court of Appeals has a couple real gems in it. First, we learn that in Scottsdale, "nude" is defined thus:
"Without opaque non-flesh colored fabric fully covering the genitals, pubic hair, vulva, mons veneris, anus, cleft of the buttocks, the areola, and the part of the female breast directly below the areola."
I'm pretty sure that means 95% of all the plumbers I've ever seen are working nude. Also, the court lists the things you aren't allowed to do while nude in Scottsdale, making it even funnier:
"dancing, service of food or beverages, modeling, posing, wrestling, singing, reading, talking or listening, or other performances or activities conducted for any consideration in an adult service business by a person who is nude during all or part of the time that the person is providing the service."
You can't listen while nude? What's this world coming to?
Damn... what I am gonna do if a model or client wants me to shoot her nude pictures?? Oh well.. I guess I just wont tell anyone... oh oh.. gotta go model just showed up for a shoot.
