There still are about 8 indicted not yet arrested so we don't know who they are.  All face up to 10+ years in prison on criminal enterprise related charges.

It may not be in anyone's best interest to contact or see any person that is part of their scope in a case like this. Just because a person is not yet charged, does not equate that they will not be named in  superseding indictments that very well may be forth coming.
