well I did a very stupid thing and wanted to share this experience. Last Sunday decided since I was going to Santa Monica I would go get a tan I have been doing the spray on tans but wanted to get a base tan so I would not Burn. BIG MISTAKE Those tanning beds are very harmful in 9 minutes I turned myself in the Lobster Lady thank God I did not do my face.I have not been able to see Clients due to the deep sunburn.I am sorry to those clients I had to cancel with. The women told me this bed had very low UV.I will now stick with the carwash spray tan that does not damage your skin.I hope that if one person reads this they will think twice .especially if Like myself have not been in the sun for a very long time. They say one bad burn is enough to cause lifetime damage.Well folks I am off to the the beach and will be wearing my sunsreen and an umbrella.I will be leaving on Saturday and returning on the Wed the 27th. Use {wear} protection in and out of the sun always. Victoria
