The Eros ads for Kim, Sara and Shelly have been fixtures for at least the past five years!  Kim and Sara have never been reviewed, and Shelly's are abysmal!

Who keeps paying for this?!?

It will probably be removed once their credit cards expire.  There are other sites that list girls are no longer in AZ.  Even cityvibe, has girls on their with old information, they just never contacted the site to stop the ad or update their info.

I contacted them numerous times about incorrect information and they never answered.  It wasn't until I had a lawyer contact them and threaten them with legal action was anything done.  By that point I just wanted it down.  It almost took serious legal action to do that.

so I am sure that has happened with other gals and they just gave up.  So there are probably a ton of gals who are gone and/or wrong info on City vibe.

So Prime Minister - remember it is NOT always the gals fault be maybe the site.

I did not post that as an attack on the girl.  So I apologize if it came off as such.  I will say this when dealing with a site that bills your CC on a monthly basis, and you are having issues with them, you could have easily blocked the transaction by informing your bank.  A long, long time ago when dial up was all the rave, AOL was billing me 3 times/ month.  They would not stop, and I could never get anyone to help me.  So I called the bank and they blocked the AOL transaction.  You could also, have requested a new card and your new card would have a new number, that they could not bill.

there was nothing to "block".  They had old info and wouldn't answer any email or phone calls.  It took a lawyer to get it done.

the ads are being paid for by whoever "az-amz1" is.
That is the account name on the ads (also a number of the ads Mr Iceman listed) since they are coming from the same account, it is an agency, and one that apparently does quite well with the uninformed so as they can keep them up.

As for the mention of sites not changing a ladies information...many keep "expired" ads up without pay.  It isn't a matter of a lady blocking a charge, as there is no charge, the site has just kept the ad up indefinitely.  A lot of that has to do with link backs and affliate programs, they get money for links whether the lady pays for the ad or not...actually cityvibe is one of the worst for doing this and some have specualted part of it is that they have a deal here with TER...ask a lady that has tried to get her profile changed on TER to get an out of date cityvibe link removed and her personal site or other ad mall site linked instead.

Don't these fat cats have any sense of honest business-like decency? Just think about it for awhile...

These manipulating tight wads are just using ladies and young girls who have been used enough as it is. Enough is enough!

God, where is their guilt; where is their sense of ethics. Just think about it for awhile and let it sink in.

What kind of conniving scum sucking sleaze balls would manipulate workers and the market place in such a sneaky underhanded way just to slightly increase their obscene profits and get a small step closer to securing their virtual monopoly on advertising?

It is time; this has got to stop…

The way it now stands, the system is exploitive, and you know it. The Sheika is extremely sorry and very distressed that you don’t see it that way.

The business practices mentioned in this thread are a poor excuse for free enterprise and American business. Honestly, you should know better than to confuse the issues mentioned in this thread with the great American tradition of free enterprise.

People are exploited everyday, and this is particularly true in this business and every business that is not subject to lawful legislative governmental control.

Let's get together and rain-in the fat cats. Among other things it is the dignity of the ladies that is at issue here.

What is wonderful about this great country is that citizens can and should recognize the exploitive nature of unethical business practices--like those mentioned in this thread--and work to level the playing field for those deserving individual that have truly paid their dues.

It is the great American platitude about pulling yourself up by your boot straps that you seem to be questioning.

I believe that it should NOT be the idle rich, the powerful and the privileged that benefit the most from "free" enterprise. It is the person who is honest, diligent, persistent and hard working that should reap the greatest benefits; and I'm sure most of the ladies would agree.

You are badly misinformed and incredibly unpatriotic if you believe the shady practices at issue here are representative of "free" enterprise. Vertical mobility is the greatest of the American dreams. When people are exploitive and involved in unethical, manipulative business practices they keep hardworking people from climbing the latter of success.

Unfair, unethical business practices hold people down. People who continually look for the inside angle and use it to increase their already obscene profits at the expense of hardworking people are unethical and un-American.  They are un-American in the extreme…

I hope you have the good sense to see the flaw in your thinking. You need to re-evaluate your patriotism and your understanding of “free enterprise”…

PEACE

Sheika Fatima

No one is forcing you to use Cityvibe or any other site.  If you use Cityvibe and you think they are explotive, then the fault lies in your hand.  If you don't like the way they treat providers then create a site to compete with them and offer an alternative.  If you put as much effort into creating and marketing the site, you can provide a new avenue for the providers. And, force City vibe to change their ways, as providers move to your site, but if you are the type that just rants, don't expect things to change.

Mr. Prime Minister that is a tolally inaccurate and insulting and statment.

Mr. Prime Minister and Little PeeWee, the Sheika is very distressed that you would misinterpret my post as suggesting “provider communism”. This issue is very real and very serious for patriotic providers who take part in the great American system of profit and free enterprise.

I am sure you are an undemanding, paying hobbyist, but when the session ends the fantasy is over. People in this business see your kind all the time. By this, I mean clients  who compensate for other short coming, by regaling the ladies with their right wing, hackneyed, political rhetoric.

This thread is about the unethical and unlawful use of a provider’s personal information that is obtained with out authorization and then used and traded for profit without notifying or dually compensating the providers.

These business practices are not indicative of American Free Enterprise. They are criminal and in direct opposition to fair, just and ethical business practice.

I am very concerned. I know that you two lack the experience to appreciation and understand the traditional values and work ethics of this great country and I doubt you know very little about Marx and Engels or Jeffersonian democracy. You knowledge of the fair and just way business is conducted in the State in incredibly naive and immature.

Does either of you still live at home?

You should never call a provider who is interested in due compensation and worker’s rights a communist. That is very insulting. It is extremely insulting.

Are you trying to bolster some feelings of inadequacy? Have either of you ever experienced any really physical or emotional pain? Do you know anything about the history of the labor movement in this country? Have either of your ever had to sacrifice to survive, or cow-tow to some scum-bag, sleaze-ball, low-life profiteer to save you career?

To call a provider who is fighting for what she has earned a communist, demonstrates a very poor understanding of what goes on in the real world. It is a very ill-informed, un-American and--above all—a very cowardly thing to do.

You need to learn what it means to be an American.

En’sh’alha,

Sheika Fatima
