Initial Pretrial on 8/21 before judge Stephens (same as Temple and Jody Arias Judge!) Typical bond for just gal workers seems to be $10,000. Various attorney's already withdrawn. Appears may be transferred to Legal Defenders office like Temple case, not public defenders for those that can not afford the high cost of private attorneys. This means private attorneys only paid about $1200 by the state for entire case. Thanks Dave for the info. I'm from NM and I've seen how careless I've been and now see what kind of repercussions there are for not using common sense. It's actually refreshing to see someone try and help these ladies understand there are repercussions for this business. Here in NM mainly Albuquerque/Santa Fe, cops have been making plea deals with girls here to give up names and be used as references. They don't have access to this info and get scared. Info like this is valuable and should be shared. Again. Thank you Dave.
