There's a Tessa who spends so much time in Philly, she lists herself as being based in Philly. Tried to see her once in Philly and she was sold out for nearly a week. As I recall her phone was answered by Sam (I think?) as in Samantha. I recall she was dark-haired, implants, maybe tall. Hope this doesn't get you off track.
