I've been trying to review a provider for the last couple of days, but I ran into an issue where TER won't let me edit any of the fields besides the general  details, VIP and a few smaller details. I can't edit the services offered, appearance, etc..

Those things usually don't get changed without direct communication. Just write the differences in the review.  
That's what I've been told.
