For what it's worth, and not meaning to show my age too clearly, the ORIGINAL Boris and Natasha were young people (were they lovers?  I forget... they may have been brother and sister) in Tolstoy's War and Peace.  The Divas Natasha looks much better than Tolstoy's though..
