I have two MOST BESTEST FAVORITES.  One of you is an Independent and one is you is represented through an Agency.
I have never been disappointed with any of my meetings with any of you Ladies here.  I wish I could see all of you more often.  I do want to pass on to all of you my reason why I prefer dealing with Independents rather than Ladies represented by Agencies.
The most ultimate reason is that I am assured that my thoughts and feelings toward a particular Lady is conveyed to her.  With an Independent, I can direct my thoughts directly to her, either through telephone conversation or email.  With a Lady who is represented by an Agency, I have to direct my personal transmissions through an operator, and I have found that my communications are edited, filtered, or not even forwarded, when I meet again with my favorite Ladies represented by Agencies.
I really would like to hear everyone's thoughts about this.  I am afraid, though, that the Ladies represented by Agencies will not see this posting and will not even have the opportunity to respond, and we all will not know exactly why THEY prefer their relationship to be with an Agency rather than to be an Independent.

Actually, there are several reasons why a girl might prefer being with an agency to being an independent, but I, for one, am not sure to which reason you refer.  Perhaps you could clarify for the less experienced members of this board (such as myself).

I am not very experienced, so my views should be taken as those of a novice.  I've had a couple of independents and one agency.  For my own purposes, I preferred the agency.  

Before the Independents thrash me for this opinion, let me say that I know that many of you are excellent, and in no possible way do I mean to disparage or denounce any of you.  

My reason for preferring the agencies are entirely selfish.  I find it easier to book with an agency than an Indpendent, for one thing.  While I have had some Independents with whom I was able to book quite quickly, I've had others with whom it was simply impossible.  I don't, of course, blame them for all of the precautions they take.  There is plenty of reason for them to be concerned for their own safety, and I have no objection to that.

Agencies seem to be better able to watch out for their girls, and I'm glad about that.  I've only worked with Desert Divas, but I have read on this board many excellent things about some of the other agencies as well.  Verification is quicker and easier (particularily for those of us who don't have a whole lot of escorts we can have others call to say that we're all right), and if they don't have the particular girl I want, they can either set up an appointment (usually within 24 hours) or they can get me another who will likely be as good.

Second, I prefer agencies because I have somewhere to go if things didn't work out.  I've never had a problem with DD, so I've never had reason to complain, but I know that if something would have gone wrong, they would be able to take care of it.  (They did give me a discount because of a small computer glitch on their part, and for that I was really grateful.)

I know the same can be said of many Independents, but I have had experiences that were less than satisfying with some of them, and there was really nothing I could do about it.  To whom could I possibly complain if the girl was rude, or if she had no resemblance to her pictures?

As far as the relationships one has with the Providers, I like to believe that the relationship I have with the one Provider I've seen from an agency is every bit as real as the relationships I have with the Independents I've seen.  It could well be that the Agency Girl is only acting (and if she is, I have no right to complain... she's doing it for my benefit!), but that could be equally true with an Independent.  

Finally, I like agencies because, in most cases there is none of the dreaded "upselling."  With all but one of the Independents I've seen, the moment they arrived the price began to increase.  I like to know what it's going to cost, get that dealt with from the outset, and never think about the money again.  That's what I've had with Desert Divas, and I understand that it is the same with most of the others.  

I recognize, again, that many Independents do not engage in "upselling," and that they will let you know before you ever meet what the price will be, but this is not true of the majority of those I have met.

Now, I'm sure I'm wrong about any number of things that I've said, and I invite those who are more knowledgable to correct my thinking such that I can make more informed choices in the future.  And let me emphasize once more that I mean no possible disrespect to any Independent.

Why do some people prefer to work for someone else, and some prefer to be their own boss in any industry?

Independant ladies have to have their own web site (either designing it themselves or paying someone else to), arrange and pay for her own photoshoots, answer her own emails and phone calls, do her own screening, do her own booking, find, pay for and maintain her own incall location, etc. or hire an assistant to help her with these tasks of the business.

For the most part all that is taken care of by the agency, the lady that is represented by an agency just has to focus on seeing the client, not on getting the client in the first place. They only have to worry about what happens during the session.

It would be the same as the difference between a graphic artist that works for a firm or owns his own one man company.  One goes to work does his job and goes home, the other has not only the work to take care of but all the things required to run a business, with all the tasks and expenses thereof.  One is not necessarily better than the other, they just prefer different things.

Do you work for someone else?  
If you do does that make you less than the guy that does your same job but as his own business?
Do you own your own business?
If so does that make things easier in your life with all the things you have to do and pay for to build and maintain that business?

The independant ladies, like anyone that works for themselves tend to like the control that comes with that and accept the extra expenses and responsibilities as part of that.

The agency ladies like to have others take care of all the nuts and bolts of business with the chores and expenses thereof, and accept the loss of some control in exchange for having someone else do that work behind the scenes.  

Neither is inherantly better or worse than the other.  It seems your biggest concern is your contact with the ladies before or after the session, that the ladies that are represented by agencies don't necessarily get your messages or emails or calls. If you want your thoughts and feelings about a lady conveyed to her, tell her when you see her, convey them yourself face to face.

As to ladies that work with agencies not seeing your post or having the opportunity to respond, most ladies that work for agancies I have ever met (mostly in citeies other than Phoenix) do know TER exists, they can join and read if they choose to and I have seen ladies from agencies post here (my favorite person and personality in Phoenix, Miss Pre$ley posts here on occassion,  though I wish she would more often as I like her wit and personality that she shows in her posts.).

Bottom line is, it is about the lady and the time you spend in her company and not for whom she works.

My opinion is that agencies offer reliability and variety at a premium where an independent tends to be just that and may not be as time conscious or business like and also appreciate repeat business.I get bored easily and I want what I want when I want it so allot of time it's about timing

Agencies give you reliabilty and booking on short notice but strictly enforced clock-watching

Independents give you more of a GFE (like if- God forbid-she might want to actually hang and talk for a half hour or so afterward without The Call that comes from the agency) but also involve a risk (if no TER reviews) and are harder to make appointments with-esp on short notice

Not all independents, nor agency ladies, are alike. I'm extremely professional and time-conscious of my appointments. Unless there is an emergency, I would never be late. Wink! Whatever works best for the gentlemen, then so be it.
