Virginia cops have to pay for sex and go through with the act in order to obtain a conviction.  No fear though, no married officers allowed.  And we though sheriff Joe was going a bit far.

I don't  believe our local prosecutors would ever file a case involving the police breaking the very same law for which they then arrest somebody.
