Tell someone you love them. Tell someone you have a problem with them. Tell yourself that you can be happy. Tell yourself it's okay to be sad.

Write that story, start that blog, quit that job, go back to school, read that poetry, study that rock, admire that bug, smell that flower.

Don't be afraid to listen, to learn, to love, to list the things you want to do, then do them.

Don't be afraid to try, to fail, to succeed.

Don't be afraid to think, to daydream, to create.

Don't be afraid to smile, to laugh, to cry, to feel.

Don't be afraid to live.
