First these remarks have an asterik because I am not 100% sure of my conclusion below.  But I'm going to throw it out anyway to try to help.

There are no TER reviews for this person or the phone number. I have seen those photos before for a long time which is a red flag - same photos, no reviews, and her ad says she just relocated here.

I think the name was different and I think I've seen posts here with warnings on her (again - under a different name).  Possibly also on CL.

So lots of red flags - I'd avoid.  There are many more sure things in Phoenix, several in your link to cityvibe, that are well reviewed and legit.

If you like her look (which I certainly do) there are also agency gals of equal quality.  Desert Divas, Mystiqueus, AZ Confidential - are 3 I've had great times with.

If I'm wrong, apologies - but I don't think so.
