Okay as a former Executive Assistant it really sucked that he-my boss, didn't always appreciate how I kept his both professional AND personal life together BUT he did always seem to remember me on Administrative Professionals Day (for you ole school folk aka Secretaries Day). And that always seemed to make up for all the BS I had to put up with sometimes.

So you bosses out there - please remember those who provide administrative support for you, tomorrow April 27th.  You don't realize it but they probably know your job better than you!!

So if you could AND wouldn't get caught or in trouble....how many of you would "do" your admin and/or boss???

The CEO I worked for would have gone for it but I truly wanted to keep everything on the "up and up" between us.  And besides I already knew what the "player" he already was anyway.

So what about you?

In a heartbeat. Just need to make it happen, maybe some sparks at lunch tomorrow.

Not currently, no.  Or anyone else in my office.  Now, in the late 80's, as a young professional fresh out of college, there was the part time clerk typist who was enrolled in the secretarial classes at the local high school (hey, there was only a five year age difference, and truth be told she was more experienced than I was), and then a couple years later as a 25 yr old my 32 yr old secretary and I hooked up a few times.  Wish our married boss, whom she really had the crush on (i was the next best thing) might have mentioned how emotionally/mentally fragile she was.  When I broke it off after a couple times because she stalked me and tried to let her down easy, she went out on long term mental health disability and went to full time therapy.  So much for fishing off the company pier.
