Not playing games, darling-- just reporting the facts.  This happened over a month ago-- called you and talked to you on the same day, made the appointment-- got to your door and knocked and called multiple times- no answer. And that was after I canceled a previous contact established  with another provider that same day to make yours (you had called me back and accepted first).  I didn't make noise about it because I figured you changed your mind that I was too old or maybe my reference didn't pan out or something-- whatever- your choice.  But now this happens to this guy and maybe someone needs to speak up.  Not trying to make trouble-- you seem to have plenty of satisfied customers that are happy.  But interesting coincidence, isn't it??
