I don't know about the strip clubs in DC, but here in Phoenix there is very little contact permitted (unless you have a female date--then she will have liberties, LOL).

Christie's is a large, upscale club with a large selection of pretty women. Babe's is also nice (but smaller, and the girls have to wear nipple covers due to a Scottsdale regulation.)

Clubs that aren't particularly upscale are Hi-Liter's and Bourbon Street Circus--but the girls seem to be extra friendly at these places.

I've also heard good things about Skin and Amazon.

My favorite gentlemen's club is the HiLiter, in Phoenix.  Babes is in Scottsdale, it is ok, kind of small.  Christy's has a new club in Tempe and one downtown by the airport. It is probably the most popular and or famous in town and is typical upscale club.  Depending on where you are in Scottsdale  HiLiter or Christy's maybe a significant drive.

The best spot in Scottsdale IMHO is Babes.  It is small but is happening every night and is wall to wall hotties inside.  There is another new place up the street called Skin that looks pretty good but will be quiter.

If you're willing to go about 10 about of your way then try Christies by the airport on N. 32nd or Bourbon Street Circus on Thomas.  Both are big and have A LOT of babes working there.

The good news about Phoenix clubs is that the dances are only $10.  The bad news is that they are only worth $10.  The girls will often initiate a little contact with their butts and sometimes breasts but in almost every case YOU CANNOT touch.  I am sure there are exceptions, maybe at some of the lessor clubs-- but if you're already seeing some providers then what you probably want is a great atmosphere with a lot of hot girls.  There are many other great clubs-- those are just my fav's and the others are even further from Scottdale.
Oh, and if you want to see some great civilian eye candy-- go sit outside of the Kona Grill at the Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, get yourself a cold Fat Tire beer and watch all the local talent walk by.  It is almost as good as a titty bar.

Babes in Scottsdale has the hottest women, Steve Secrets in South Phoenix goves you the most bang for the buck, but none of our strip clubs give you anything more than eye candy.

The one that's my favorite is The Alaskan Bush Company.
It is in Phoenix.  I like it because there is a topless club on one side where you can drink, and then an all-nude side.  The lap dances have a lot of contact but cost $20 for an all-nude one.
