I think like many of you, I was spooked by the DD crackdown years ago and had not been in Phoenix for years. I used to use the agencies but after DD and finding out that they obviously stored records of everyone that used the agency, I feel really hesitant about going back to one such as Phxgirls even though they have great reviews etc.

I guess it is a dumb question as I know the answer is yes but does any agency actually not keep personal information saved for the guys that use the agency? That is really what wrecked so many guys lives when DD did that and what are your guys thoughts on using an agency and taking this risk?

Only way I will see an agency provider is if she sees me independent and sees me based on the trusted assumed identity I have built with reviews and references. but since I don't have contact information for them without there agency guess that wont be happening.  Sucks a little cause it looks like there is some really nice talent at a few of them.  For me better safe than sorry.
