In the 1950's, 2% of the men surveyed said they had visited a professional sometime in their lives.

If I remember correctly, a few months ago, Krista Starr posted about a recent Discovery Channel special that gave a much higher estimate....something like 65%.

I think with the advent of the internet, many more people (men and women) are participating in paid companionship. Once you learn the ropes, its relatively safe, easy and convenient. I'd much rather meet a date this way. Atleast I'll know if we click sexually, right off the bat. No need to waste precious time!

I have wondered, what with some posts on the general forum from women mentioning how many emails and such that they get, how many men do you think there are in the Phoenix area that hobby regularly? Obviously you can't know but just fishing for a guess based on the number you have seen and the number of requests you have received. There seem to be far more then I would have initially imagined if by no other barometer then the number of women locally who seem to have no trouble providing regularly and agencies as well who have multiple girls seeing multiple guys a day.

I am more wondering how many actually do it regularly. For example I do it maybe twice a month. 3 times this month but it IS February :) Not so much how many men there are in Phoenix who have done it at some time. Just an idle curiosity though. Seems there must be thousands.

Out of 65% how much of that is pro for pay, or gf/sugar baby fund$ because in 1 way, or another they all pay some way, or some how...
