I have never participated in this hobby, but would be easy to verify, that being said would the agencies be the best way to start as opposed to the independents. Are the agencies more willing to work with a person without references but easily checked out.  I assume everybody is generally discreet when real names and addresses are given out.  Obviously everything gets easier with references.  Obviously there is a wealth of quality ladies here in Phoenix.

becoming a VIP member if you are not one already, that way you can read the reviews and find what you are looking for.  I have never used an agency but I know there are many independants that will take a first timer.  You just need to provide enough information so she feels secure about you, as her safety is her number one concern.  Other than that just be polite, clean and have fun.
