regarding agency owners. Leaving the recent ruckus behind us I do think one thing should be made clear. Most of the gals who work for all the agencies (the "big one's" TLC,AZM,DD Rose and Scott) are very very happy and grateful (this comes from knowing 100+ gals over 10+ years). As a general rule these are business's in a very competitive market who value their employee's. To make any assertion that a gal is less worthy or bottom of the barrel simply because she is an "agency gal" is just wrong....period.

That does not mean I'm pro agency over indie...you cant find "azhacker" and ATF anywhere in any post about an agency gal. The metrics of the business just dont allow the type of relationship I've had with indies like Rebecca, JK or MJ.

I am however a big fan of agency owners, spend some time with Jack, Adam, Scott, Rose or Taylor and it doesnt take long to realize these are astute business owners who are very customer oriented.

We're blessed to have the best of both worlds here in Phoenix. The market will sort out the winners from the whiners....
